I finally got my panini press for my birthday yesterday! :) so of course, I had to try it out today!
turkey, swiss, and apple panini
ingredients
-2 slices whole wheat bread
-a few slices of turkey
-1 slice of Swiss cheese
-2T honey mustard dressing (I use Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressing, it's made with yogurt and natural ingredients!)
-1/2 of a small apple
directions:
1.slice the apple into thin slices. Place a thin layer of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of bread, top with apple slices.
2. Spread honey mustard on other slice of bread and place on top.
3. Grill in panini press for a few minutes.
(Or, if you don't have one, grill the old-fashioned way on a pan on the stove.flip halfway through cooking.)
