My favorite sandwich. In a bowl...I used almond butter and unsweetened almond milk for this recipe, but you can use any nut butter and milk you like. T
ingredients
-1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, water, or milk
-1 small banana, mashed
-1-2 tablespoon(s) peanut butter (or any nut butter)
-a few shakes of cinnamon
directions
1. Combine oats, water (or milk), and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix and heat in the microwave for a minute.
2. Meanwhile, use a fork to mash the banana in a separate bowl.
3. Stir in banana, and peanut butter. (it's okay if you can't mix it completely. It will melt in the microwave.)
4. Heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute. (cooking time depends on what liquid you used.)
5. Let cool and enjoy! It may be tempting, but the oatmeal is VERY hot, so let it cool a few minutes!
