I love this combination! I came up with the idea when I found some leftover peanut sauce in the fridge. However, that sauce has long expired, so now, I use soy sauce.
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup chopped lettuce
-1 tablespoon soy sauce/peanut sauce
-1/4 cup mandarin oranges, chopped
-handful of sliced almonds or chopped peanuts
-1/2 cup chicken, chopped
-1 whole wheat tortilla

1. Mix everything and wrap it up!
