ingredients
-2 slices whole wheat bread
-1/2 an avocado
--1/4 cup chopped cucumbers
-1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
-1/2 cup chopped chicken
directions
1. Mash avocado in a bowl.
2. Add other ingredients and mix well
3. Place between bread and grill in a panini press if desired.
