Don't be intimidated by the title. This oatmeal is super delicious and your cant even tell there's a superfood avocado half in there. It makes it so creamy, along with banana and sweetness from cocoa powder. The fresh raspberries on top and cinnamon are musts!
ingredients
1. 1/2 cup oats
-1/2 cup milk
-2 teaspoons cocoa powder
-1/2 a banana
-1/2 an avocado
-fresh raspberries and cinnamon, for garnish
directions
1. Mix cocoa powder with oats until they are coated. Add milk, and cook oats in microwave according to package.
2. Meanwhile, mash avocado and banana in a bowl.
3. Stir in the avocado and banana mixture with the chocolate oatmeal. Cook about 30 seconds more.
4. Garnish with raspberries and sprinkles of cinnamon if desired.
This is another one I love to make as overnight oats! Do everything the same, except don't cook the oats.
