This one doesn't necessarily have to be put on bread, it can be used as a side dish at a barbeque or party.
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup chicken
-1/2 an apple, diced
-1/4 cup cucumbers, chopped, shredded thin
-1 tablespoon of white vinegar
-2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
-pinches of salt and pepper
-tablespoon or two of walnuts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
The Greek yogurt is just as creamy as mayonnaise, with more protein and has calcium. Enjoy!
