I decided to make this when I sadly discovered that I ran out of quinoa! I'm so glad I did, though - it was really good! I made chicken parm last night in the crockpot, and had some leftovers.
Ingredients
-leftover chicken parm
-extra mozzarella
-extra sauce
-2 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
Combine all and grill on a panini press until cheese melts!
